American Legion Post 116 of Port St. Joe held its second annual Good Friday Benefit Fish Fry March 29.
American Legion Post 116 of Port St. Joe held its second annual Good Friday Benefit Fish Fry March 29. This year we added charcoal grilled chicken to our menu. The event was a huge success as the fish and chicken sold out in less than three hours. Our apologies to those that came after the food was gone and had to be turned away. Profits from the event will be used to benefit the PSJHS Navy ROTC and other American Legion community events.
Many thanks go to all our members and friends of the American Legion who participated in this annual event. Thanks also to the Gulf County Commissioners, specifically Joanna Bryan, all the contributors, and the community for coming out and supporting us, and thanks to God for providing such a beautiful day.
For God and Country.
