Gulf County Sheriff Arrest Log
The Gulf County Sheriff's Office will be conducting vehicle safety checkpoints and DUI check points during the months of May and June 2009. The check points will be held throughout the county to include Highway 98 near St. Joe Beach, Highway 98 and Garrison Ave, C-30 Simmons Bayou, Highway 71 North of White City, Highway 22 and Highway 22A, Highway 71 and Westarm Creek, Highway 71 Dalkieth Area and Highway 71 near the Calhoun line.
On 05/12/2009 Alex Ross Vanzant, 19, was charged with possession of alcohol by a person under 21.
On 05/12/2009 Steven Paul McDaniel, 28, was charged with violation of probation. The original charge was DWLSR.
On 05/12/2009 Diane Morgan, 62, was charged with two counts of sale of crack cocaine.
On 05/12/2009 Brandon Michael Chehardy, 19, was charged with violation of probation. The original charge was possession of alcohol by a person under 21.
On 05/13/2009 Robbie Devon Riley was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance when several Xanax pills were found in his wallet.
On 05/13/2009 William Barber, 18, was arrested for lewd and lascivious acts in the presence of a child.
On 05/14/2009 Olita Lynn Foster, 43, was arrested for violation of probation.
On 05/14/2009 Tom Joseph Levins, 25, was arrested on charges of domestic battery.
On 05/15/2009 Larry Joshua Young, 27, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. The original charge was possession of a controlled substance.
On 05/15/2009 Leila Lynette Barber, 37, was arrest for DWLSR.
On 05/16/2009 Pamela Joyce Rogers, 25, was arrested for resisting and/or obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
On 05/17/2009 Travis Ivey, 23, was arrested for DWLSR.
On 05/17/2009 Christopher Lane Tucker, 32, was arrested for DUI.
On 05/17/2009 Jeffery Alviris Brown was arrested for DWLSR, reckless driving and violation of probation on a charge of DWLSR.
On 05/17/2009 Donnie Noah Whitfield Jr., 18, was arrested for DWLSR.
