Gulf County Sheriff Arrest Log
The Gulf County Sheriff's Office will be conducting vehicle safety checkpoints and DUI check points during the months of May and June 2009. The check points will be held throughout the county to include Highway 98 near St. Joe Beach, Highway 98 and Garrison Ave, C-30 Simmons Bayou, Highway 71 North of White City, Highway 22 and Highway 22A, Highway 71 and Westarm Creek, Highway 71 Dalkieth Area and Highway 71 near the Calhoun line.
On 05/21/2009 Jessica Lynn Whitfield, 25, was arrested for DUI.
On 05/21/2009 James Edward Watford, III, 29, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. The original charge was reckless driving.
On 05/21/2009 Anthony Bryan McDaniel, 25, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant from Lee County.
On 05/21/2009 Paula Denise Fowler, 37, and on 05/22/2009 Codee N Richter, 21, were arrested on warrants for possession of counterfeit money.
On 05/22/2009 David Shaun Smith, 29, was arrested for DUI and violation of probation after the vehicle he was driving was stopped for driving 125 mph in a 55 mph zone.
On 05/22/2009 Rex Norman Smith, 46, was arrested for DWLSR.
On 05/23/2009 Wayne Lee Badeaux, 26, was arrested for DWLSR.
On 05/25/2009 Roger Dale Dye, 25, was arrested for domestic battery.
On 05/26/2009 James Michael Mitchell, 48, was arrested for driving with a suspended driver's license.
On 05/27/2009 Joseph Rodney Doyle was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was trespassing.
On 05/27/2009 Douglas Allen Wable was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and child support. The original charge on the failure to appear was DWLSR.
On 05/27/2009 Raymond Bernard Scott, 38, was arr4ested for failure to pay child support.
On 05/28/2009 Gulf County Narcotics Investigators located Roderick Chaquaq Chambers, 28, in Apalachicola with the help of the Apalachicola Police Department. Chambers was arrested on four warrants for sale of crack cocaine.
On 05/29/2009 Henry B. Byrd, 30, was arrested for failure to pay child support.
On 05/29/2009 Tommy Randolph Turner, 22, was arrested for driving on a suspended driver's license,
On 05/30/2009 Barbara Joan Sowers, 47, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Alcohol. Sowers refused to take a breath test when she arrived at the jail.
On 05/30/2009 Anthony Lee Watts, 27, was arrested for loitering or prowling.
On 05/29/2009 Michael Charles Riley, Jr., 21, was arrested for DWLSR, possession of a controlled substance and a violation of probation warrant from Calhoun County.

On 05/30/2009 Jesse Young Garcia-Martinez, 26, was arrested for driving with out a driver's license.
On 05/31/2009 Frank Douglas May, Jr., 18, was arrested for resisting or obstructing an officer.
On 05/31/2009 Calvin Cornell Thomas, 47, was arrested for grand theft auto and DWLSR.
On 06/01/2009 Arsenio Santiez Sims, 20, was arrested for violation of probation. The original charge was reckless driving.
