Cathey Kim Tharpe of Mexico Beach and Gary John Costabile of Panama City have finalized their wedding plans. The wedding will take place at WindMark Beach on August 8 at 7 p.m. EST. No local invitations have been sent. All family and friends are invited to attend.
After their honeymoon, the couple will reside in Lynn Haven.
