Attend free weekly class/support group: Quit Smoking Now.
The class uses a curriculum developed by ex-smokers for those who want to become ex-smokers themselves.
Classes begin at 6 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, Aug. 10 at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Gulf, 3801 E. Highway 98 in Port St. Joe.
Free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) available for class participants.
