Dear Editor:

Is it true that the Driver's License Office near the library here in Port St. Joe may be closed next year?

Franklin County is now without such an office, which means if the Gulf County office is closed next year, there will be two counties without this service. Those needing new or renewed licenses would have to drive to Tallahassee or Panama City.

The politicians claim they are working for the citizens. Let them prove it by stopping the Legislature from passing the closing of the Driver's License Office in Port St. Joe.
