Gulf County Sheriff Arrest Log

The Gulf County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting vehicle safety checkpoints and DUI check points during the month of November. The check points will be held throughout the county to include Highway 98 near St. Joe Beach, Highway 98 and Garrison Ave, C-30 Simmons Bayou, Highway 71 North of White City, Highway 22 and Highway 22A, Highway 71 and Westarm Creek, Highway 71 Dalkieth Area and Highway 71 near the Calhoun line

On 11/07/2009 Donald William Moses, 22, was arrested on charges of Driving Under the Influence.

On 11/08/2009 Michael Adam Hill, 25, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear; the original charge was Driving with License Suspended or Revoked.

On 11/09/2009 Melissa Ann Sims, 30, was arrested on charges of failure to appear; the original charge was grand theft and possession of a controlled substance,

On 11/09/2009 Terry Lanier Rhode, Sr., 49, was arrested for failing to pay child support.

On 11/09/2009 Joseph Brent Pierce, Jr., 23, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear; on charges of battery and criminal mischief.

On 11/10/2009 William Steve Mayo, Jr., 20, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear; the original charge was possession of alcohol under 21.

On 11/10/2009 William Lee Penamon, 30, was arrested on warrants for failure to pay child support.

On 11/11/2009 Wendell Lloyd Mann, 50, was arrested for attaching tag not assigned.

On 11/11/2009 Kenneth Ray Middleton, 45, was arrested for Driving with License Suspended or Revoked and fleeing and attempting to elude.

On 11/12/2009 Ivan Alexis Ramos, 38, was arrested on charges of violation of probation; the original charge was fraudulent use of personal identification.
