Gulf County Sheriff Arrest Log
The Gulf County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting vehicle safety checkpoints and DUI check points during the month of January 2010. The check points will be held throughout the county to include Highway 98 near St. Joe Beach, Highway 98 and Garrison Ave, C-30 Simmons Bayou, Highway 71 North of White City, Highway 22 and Highway 22A, Highway 71 and Westarm Creek, Highway 71 Dalkieth Area and Highway 71 near the Calhoun line
On 01/11/2009 Andrew Scott Cobb, 43, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear; the warrant was from Gadsden County.
On 01/11/2009 deputies responded to a disturbance in the Wewahitchka area. When deputies arrived they learned that Carlton Jason Dunning, 36, had jumped on several of the people at the residence and fled into the woods. Gulf Correctional’s K-9 Unit arrived on the scene and began tracking Dunning. He was located a short time later and charged with two counts of aggravated battery and possession of a controlled substance.
On 01/12/2010 Kenneth Adam Gore, 38, was arrested for violation of probation; the original charge was manufacture and possession of methamphetamine.
On 01/11/2010 Lisa Nicole Barlow, 19, was arrested and charged with filing a false police report.
On 01/25/2010 Oscar Eugene Chance, 38, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance.
On 01/15/2010 deputies responded to a call of an intoxicated individual in the area of Wewa Laundry Mat. They located Stephen Edward Norris, 34, and found he had warrants from Holmes County. He was arrested and taken to the jail.
On 01/16/2010 deputies responded to a single vehicle e crash in the area of Mitchell Road. Broward Burns, 65, was arrested for DUI.
On 01/18/2010 Kyle Edward Jones, 18, was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious acts in presence of child under 16.
On 01/18/2010 Donna D. Jackson was arrested and charged with DUI.
On 01/19/2010 Rashed Omar Brown was arrested on violation of probation warrants from Holmes County; the original charge was uttering a forged instrument.
On 01/19/2010 Loren Michael Siprell, 28, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation the original charge was DUI.
On 01/19/2010 Clifford J. Monette, 38, was arrested for violation of pretrial release when he was found to have been drinking. He was taken to the Gulf County Jail, where he was additionally charged with criminal mischief when he destroyed a commode.
