Gulf County Sheriff Arrest Log

The Gulf County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting vehicle safety checkpoints and DUI check points during the month of August 2010. The check points will be held throughout the county to include Highway 98 near St. Joe Beach, Highway 98 and Garrison Ave, C-30 Simmons Bayou, Highway 71 North of White City, Highway 22 and Highway 22A, Highway 71 and Westarm Creek, Highway 71 Dalkieth Area and Highway 71 near the Calhoun line.

On 08/06/2010 Clay Michael Cyr, 51, was arrested for Disorderly Intoxication and Resisting an Officer without Violence.

On 08/06/2010 deputies responded to a disturbance. The victim stated that Carlos Clayton Lucas, 51, had struck her three times in the face with the back of his hand. Lucas was arrested on charges of domestic battery.

On 08/07/2010 a vehicle driven by Eric S. Williams, 46, was stopped for unlawful speed. While speaking with Williams the deputy noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage, Williams preformed several sobriety tests which indicated he was impaired. Williams was arrested for DUI. His breath test was .227 or almost three times the legal limit.

On 08/07/2010 deputies responded to a disturbance. When they arrived the male party had left. They found that Tony Howard Beck, 27, had several warrants for his arrest. He was located a short time later and arrested for failure to pay child support and worthless checks.

On 08/08/2010 deputies stopped a vehicle driven by Charles Michael Griffith, 26, for a traffic violation. It was determined that he was DUI. At the jail his breath test was .228 and .225 or almost three times the legal limit.

On 08/09/2010 Kyle Cliffton Millirons, 24, was arrested for a violation of probation warrant; the original charge was reckless driving.

On 08/10/2010 Jackelyne Martinez, 21, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant from Alachua County.

On 08/11/2010 Arturo Catalan, 39, was arrested for violation of probation; the original charge was DUI and DWLSR.

On 08/10/2010 Jason Allen Forston, 29, was arrested for battery.

On 08/11/2010 Sean Franklin Porras, 33, was arrested on charges delivery of a controlled substance.

On 08/12/2010 Barbara Rae Fields was arrested on a warrant for Accessory after the Fact. It is alleged that she helped a subject elude capture in a drug case.

On 08/12/2010 Colin Earl Burkett, 29, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation; the original charge was possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

On 08/13/2010 a vehicle driven by Adam Wayne Hamm, 26, was stopped for improper equipment. He was arrested and charged with DUI; his breath test results were .076.

On 08/15/2010 Ronald Samuel Smiley was stopped after it was alleged he ran into a fence. Based on his performance on field sobriety tests he was arrested for DUI; he refused a breath test.

On 08/14/2010 Jeffery Scott Linton, 43, was arrested for DUI after clerks at a local store called reporting that the driver of a motorcycle in the parking lot may be intoxicated; his breath test results were .170.

On 08/16/2010 Mark Richard Guanicial, II, 19, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant; the original chare was possession of alcohol under 21.
