Final marriage plans are set for the union of Ruby Louise "LuLu" Gainnie, of Wewahitchka, Florida, to Carroll Paul Formby, of Port St. Joe, Florida.
The wedding, immediately followed by a reception, will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2009, at 2:30 p.m. EDT., at WindMark Beach Club, 414-A WindMark Way, Port St. Joe, Florida.
Louise is a Port St. Joe native, and is the owner and operator of LuLu's Sweet Expectations, in Port St. Joe. She is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James J. McInnis, of Port St. Joe, FL.
Paul is employed with Arizona Chemical, in Port St. Joe, as a Production Supervisor. He is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carrol Formby, of Springhill, LA.
