Gulf County Sheriff Arrest Log - Nov. 24

On 11/01/2011 deputies received information that Katrinia Ann Melvin,29, was at a residence in Wewahitchka and she was wanted in Bay County. When the deputy pulled up to the house Melvin ran into the house; she was found in a crawl space under the stairwell, placed under arrest and taken to the jail.

On 11/02/2011 Jarquez Jerome Whitley, 22, was arrested on a warrant for aggravated battery.

On 11/02/2011 a vehicle driven by Eric Lamark Harris was stopped. K9 Sibal was deployed around the vehicle and did give a positive alert for the presence of illegal narcotics. During a search of the vehicle and Harris five baggies of marijuana were located. Harris was arrested for possession of marijuana.

On 11/03/2011 Asia N. Whitley came to the sheriff’s office to check and see if she had a warrant in Gulf County; she was told she didn’t, but had a warrant in Franklin County. She was arrested for failure to appear for affray.

On 11/03/2011 Gencia Teresa Myers,48, was arrested for uttering a forged prescription at a local pharmacy. It was determined that she had been to the doctor earlier in the morning and apparently stole a blank prescription and made it out for Lortabs.

On 11/03/2011 Cory Marshall Webb,56, was arrested for violation of an injunction for protection; it is alleged that he made contact with the victim by way of a third party which is a violation of the injunction.

On 11/04/2011 Nicole Tia Devine,22, was arrested for battery; it is alleged that she became involved with an ex-boyfriend and slapped him in the face.

On 11/08/2011 Eric Kevin Smith-Reyes,41, was arrested on a violation of probation warrant.

On 11/08/2011 Jerry Cook,47, was arrested on a violation of probation warrant from Colorado.

On 11/08/2011 Ellis Doyle Brogdon, Jr.,46, was arrested on a violation of probation warrant from Texas.

On 11/09/2011 Tina Marie Andrews was arrested for theft after she hired a cab to drive her from Panama City to Wewahitchka; when the cab got to Wewahitchka she told him she didn’t have any money.

On 11/10/2011 Mitchell David Harvey,37, was arrested when he got into an argument with his girlfriend and allegedly pushed her down and caused a cut on her nose; he was charged with battery.

On 11/10/2011 Calvin Leon Jackson was arrested on Bay County warrants for possession of crack cocaine, false imprisonment, aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery by strangulation; he was released for the prison on 10/18/2011.

On 11/10/2011 Von Terell Holmes,45, was arrested on a warrant for child support.

On 11/10/2011 Gregory Dean Burdeshaw,41, was arrested for failure to pay fine.

On 11/11/2011 Anna Marie Hill,30, was arrested on Calhoun Count warrants for VOP for retail theft and VOP for possession of methamphetamine.

On 11/12/2011 Joesett Dianna Jones,25, was arrested for domestic battery.

On 11/13/2011 deputies responded to a domestic disturbance and arrested Kymber L. Bradley,33, and Eric Russell Bradley,32.

On 11/14/2011 Teena Whitfield Hayes,45, was arrested for DUI after her car was found in a ditch in the Overstreet area.

On 11/15/2011 Jeremiah Thomas Revis,25, was arrested for violation of probation; the original charges were possession of meth.
