Ard-Schell to Wed

Ms. Mitzi Jones of Port St. Joe and Mr. Tim Ard of Freeport are delighted to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Abigail Elizabeth to Christopher Wayne Schell, son of Melissa Schell and Joe Schell of Overstreet.

Abby is a 2009 graduate of Port St. Joe High School and is currently attending Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. Chris is also a 2009 graduate of Port St. Joe High School and is serving our country in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Abby is the granddaughter of James and Glenda Kennedy and the late Herman and Margaret Ard all of Port St. Joe. She is the great-granddaughter of Faye Burkett, also of Port St. Joe. Chris is the grandson of Mattie Lucille Whitfield and the late Dennis Wayne Whitfield and also the late Clarence Robert Schell and Madeline Daugherty.

A June wedding is being planned.
