Sheriff's Office welcomes new K-9 dog

The Gulf County Sheriff's is welcoming its new K9 Luke. Luke is a 15-month-old German shepherd. He will be trained in narcotics detection, building and area search and criminal apprehension. Luke will be handled by Dep. James Newsome. Newsome’s previous K9, Zeus, passed away recently.
