“Awakening 2009” at Oak Grove
Oak Grove Church in Port St. Joe, and the “Evangelist” team of Christian Hedegaard are presenting, “Awakening 2009”, Nov. 1-4. This is not a revival but a releasing of the gifts of God that are resident in every person. Christian Hedegaard, from Golorose, Denmark has worked to bring thousands out of the grasp of drug and alcohol addiction, mental illness, demon possession, and destructive lifestyles.
Christian’s life work has been to preach the good news that through Jesus Christ, all men can be saved, regardless of social, economic, or racial background. Their website, www.evangelist.dk, has numerous testimonies of men and women who were on a head on collision with death until the message of God’s love and forgiveness gave them a new life.
Today, Christian and his wife Karen operate several group homes in Denmark, where men and women have come off the streets and into a loving environment. There they receive deliverance and the training needed to lead productive lives.
In addition to their work in Denmark, the Evangelist ministry has expanded to areas like Greenland, Turkey, Iran, Dallas, and Houston Texas.
Service times will be Sunday, Nov. 1, at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET and Nov. 2-4, Monday through Wednesday, at 7 p.m. ET. Nursery will be provided for children ages 0-3 for all services. For more information visit us at, www.ogcfl.com, or call 850-227-1837.
