Former youth pastor enters plea bargain
Domino Demunck of Wewahitchka was sentenced to one year in county jail and three years probation after entering a plea of no contest on one count of felony battery Tuesday, part of a plea bargain which dismissed two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
Demunck was adjudicated guilty of the third degree felony battery. His one-year sentence will begin March 5.
Demunck was arrested in April 2011 and charged with one count of felony battery and two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor after a complaint was filed against him.
Demunck was a former youth pastor at Honeyville United Methodist Church and also a Dixie Youth Sports Coach.
