Gulf County Sheriff Arrest Log

The Gulf County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting vehicle safety checkpoints and DUI check points during the month of January 2010. The check points will be held throughout the county to include Highway 98 near St. Joe Beach, Highway 98 and Garrison Ave, C-30 Simmons Bayou, Highway 71 North of White City, Highway 22 and Highway 22A, Highway 71 and Westarm Creek, Highway 71 Dalkieth Area and Highway 71 near the Calhoun line

On 12/18/2009 Robert Lee Carrodus, III was arrested on a violation of probation warrant; the original charge was DUI.

On 12/19/2009 Anthony Dewayne Russell, 44, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support.

On 12/19/2009 Jonathon Scott Hightower, 22, was arrested after a disturbance. He was charged with Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, resisting with violence and threatening a public servant.

On 12/20/2009 Anthony Bryan McDaniel, 25, was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery. It is alleged that McDaniel chased the victim and threatened him with a pocketknife.

On 12/21/2009 Teena Whitfield Hayes, 43, was arrested for DUI. The passenger in the vehicle, David Eric Hall, 40, was arrested on a Calhoun County warrant for violation of probation.

On 12/21/2009 Jeremiah Thomas Steven White Revis, 23, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation.

On 12/22/2009 Katrina Ann Melvin, 27, was arrested for DWLSR and failure to register as a convicted felon.

On 12/23/2009 Thomas Earl Johnson, 41, was arrested on a violation of probation warrant from Liberty County; the original charge was possession of a controlled substance.

On 12/27/2009 Aaron A. Davin, 21, was arrested for Driving with License Suspended or Revoked.

Several additional arrested have been made in relation to the recent round up in the Wewahitchka area. On 12/21/2009 Jason Wayne Laurimore, 27, has been arrested on two counts of sale of crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church. On 12/22/2009 Ondrea Denntrice Palmore, 30, was arrested on two counts of sale of a controlled substance within a 1,000 feet of a church. On 12/23/2009 Joel Britt, 53, was arrested on four counts of sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church, possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling used for the sale of crack cocaine and possession of a controlled substance. On 12/28/2009 Anthony Scott Crocker was arrested for sale of crack cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church.
