Gulf County Sheriff Arrest Log- Sept. 3
The Gulf County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting vehicle safety checkpoints and DUI check points during the month of September 2010. The check points will be held throughout the county to include Highway 98 near St. Joe Beach, Highway 98 and Garrison Ave, C-30 Simmons Bayou, Highway 71 North of White City, Highway 22 and Highway 22A, Highway 71 and Westarm Creek, Highway 71 Dalkieth Area and Highway 71 near the Calhoun line
On 08/05/2010 Lance Devin Petrisevac, 43, was placed on probation for grand theft. On 08/25/2010 he was arrested for violating that probation order and he is being held without bond in the Gulf County Jail.
On 08/25/2010 Sheena Helena Marie Meredith, 24, was arrested on a violation of probation warrant; Meredith was placed on probation for manufacture of Methamphetamine in May of 2010.
On 08/25/2010 Marcy Elaine Alderman, 22, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines; after paying $125 she was released for jail.
On 08/25/2010 Leonard Bolduc, 32, was arrested on a Marion County warrant for DWLSR.
On 08/26/2010 Amy Dyanne Jackson, 37, was arrested on a violation of probation warrant; the original charge was possession of drug paraphernalia. It is alleged that she violated probation by using drugs.
On 08/27/2010 Joyce Dian Scruggs, 49, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant; the original charge was battery.
On 08/27/2010 Marcus Dewayne Hodges, 32, was arrested for failure to pay child support.
On 08/30/2010 a vehicle occupied by Joseph Tyler Adkison, 18, and Matthew D Meredith, 21, was stopped for an out-of-date tag. The deputy found that Meredith had a warrant form Bay County for violation of probation for possession of listed chemicals to manufacture methamphetamine. The deputy also saw what appeared to be a “shake and bake” methamphetamine lab in the truck; both were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and manufacture of methamphetamine. Adkison was placed on probation on 08/06/2010 for principal to manufacture of methamphetamine.
