Yoga Wedding

On July 17 True Light Yoga (www.truelightyoga.com) had a third non-profit Christian Yoga event on the beach at the Turtle Beach Inn (www.turtlebeachinn.com) in Indian Pass, Florida.

One hundred percent of proceeds went to the Friends of St Vincent Island (www.stvincentfrienss.com) to help with the wildlife in an effort to clean up from the oil spill.  Donations can still be made.

St Vincent is a beautiful federal wildlife preserve off the Gulf Coast of Florida.  It has many species, including Sambar Deer, originally from India. These deer were brought to the island in early 1900's as at that time, the island was a private hunting preserve.  They continue to thrive on the island to this day.  Many other species including, but not limited are white tail deer, wild boar, turkey, alligator and a variety of sea turtles that come and lay their eggs every year on this beautiful island.  It is our beloved coast and we are proud and determined to protect it.
