Shiitake Mushroom Production Workshop

The Gulf County Cooperative Extension service with sponsor a Shiitake Mushroom Production Workshop, Thursday, Feb. 25 at the Wewahitchka Community Center, located at 314 N. Third Street, Wewahitchka.

The workshop will start at 6 p.m. CT.  There will be a registration of $10 to cover cost of materials.  Each participant will be able to carry an inoculated log home.  If possible please bring a portable drill and a 5/16 drill bit to expedite inoculation of your log.  If you don’t have a drill please come anyway we’ll provide you with a drill and drill bit.
