The Tiger Sharks (5-12 overall) snapped the skein with a 55-42 win at Wewahitchka last Friday, with Jasmine Thomas leading the way with 15 points.

Drew Jones and Russell Russ added eight points apiece.

The following night, Port St. Joe was again on the road, against Blountstown, falling 52-49.

Travis Roberson had 16 points to lead the Tiger Sharks who also got 11 points from Kendre Gant.

Monday’s throw-back game against North Bay Haven at the Washington High School gym was a success with Roberson scoring 14 points and Russ adding 11 points in a 58-42 victory.

Thomas added nine points and Gant eight.

Tuesday, the Tiger Sharks hosted and lost to Tallahassee Maclay 56-48.

Roberson led all scorers with 19 points, Gant added 14 and Thomas five.

Junior varsity

The Port St. Joe junior varsity beat Wewahitchka 47-38 behind 14 points from Damarion Grey and eight from Ayden Pearson.

The young Tiger Sharks lost to Blountstown 40-25. Jy’Trel Riley had nine points and Pearson seven.

Port St. Joe lost in 36-34 in overtime to North Bay Haven. Riley led all scorers with 16 points and JaHeim Ash had eight.

Against Tallahassee Maclay, Port St. Joe lost 47-41. Pearson led all scorers with 19 points, Octavious Russ added 10 and Devin Crews eight.
