Port St. Joe Elementary School has been proudly participating in Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart since 2002. These fundraising events raise money for the American Heart Association which hits home for many of the participants and volunteers who have been affected by heart disease in some way.

With the help of family and friends, our first- through sixth-grade students raised over $6,000 this year! Each and every one of them are considered a Heart Hero and have made a difference in countless lives.

We would like to give recognition to Zoey Metcalf, William Burrows, Sam Erickson, and Kaley Rhodes who were the top fundraising students at.

A sincere thank you from the coaches at PSJES to everyone who helped make this event possible.

Hundreds of thousands of people are affected each year by heart disease. PSJES will continue to promote healthy lifestyles among our students while we raise money for this beneficial organization.
