The Lady Gators mauled Altha and Tallahassee Leon to improve to 14-7-1.

Brianna Bailey tossed a perfect game and Wewahitchka scored 17 runs in the third innings to ice a game ultimately shortened under the mercy rule last Thursday.

The third inning began with a triple from Naomi Parker, followed by a pair of errors, a single by Cyrina Madrid, a walk to Aleah Wooten, a double from Grace Price, another double, courtesy of Bailey, another error, a single by Wooten and another double from Price.

Wewahitchka banged out 12 hits, with Madrid, Price and Wooten collecting multiple hits. Price drove in five runs and the Lady Gators did not commit an error.

On Monday, Bailey and Parker combined on a one-hit shutout and Parker also went 3 for 3 at the plate, driving in five runs.

The Lady Gators jumped to an early lead on an unearned run in the first frame.

The third inning was again a charm as Wewahitchka added six runs, assisted by three walks, a single by Parker and an RBI groundout by Cecily Hale.

Wewahitchka finished with 11 hits, Parker, Price, Savannah Lister and Madrid each producing multiple hits.

The Lady Gators did not commit an error.

Wewahitchka 7, Tallahassee North Florida Christian 5

Bailey blasted a two-run double in the bottom of the seventh inning for the win.

The Lady Gators pounded out 13 hits, coming back from an early three-run deficit.

Wooten and Hale each had three hits, and Parker two, for Wewahitchka.
