The Port St. Joe Police Department will host a Public Safety Day 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 24 at First Baptist Church

The Port St. Joe Police Department will host a Public Safety Day 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 24 at First Baptist Church. The event is free and is geared to the entire family, adults and children. There will be police trucks, fire trucks, ambulances, a helicopter, police motorcycles, K-9 teams, police and Coast Guard boats, a U.S. Navy Dive Team and much more.

McGruff the Crime Dog will be on hand as will Smokey Bear, a rollover crash simulator and bomb squad robot. There will be Police K-9 demonstrations and over 50 booths and displays setup from public safety partners from all over Northwest Florida.

There will be free food and free giveaways. Bring your family and come out and see all the public safety equipment and personnel on display.
