Roland Wayne Wagner, 52, of Panama City, FL passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL surrounded by his loving family.

A Celebration of Life was held 11 a.m. EST, Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Long Avenue Baptist Church, 1601 Long Avenue, Port Saint Joe, FL 32456 with Pastor Eli Prine and Bryan Wagner officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Mr. Wagner was born August 6, 1964 in Vandenberg AFB, CA, son of Reverend Ronald Wayne Wagner and Shirley Roland Wagner. He has been a Florida resident since 1976, where he worked as a Service Writer for the Automotive Industry. Roland was an avid Florida State fan, enjoyed spending his time fresh water fishing, riding four-wheelers and anything a country boy would do. He loved his family dearly and was very family oriented. To know him was to love him, and make you laugh.

He is survived by his three children, Jessica Wagner of Panama City, FL, Leiel Bowen of Crawfordville, FL, and Adam Ryan Wagner; granddaughters, Lecie Lynn, AnaBelle and Emma Jean; mother, Shirley Wagner of Port St. Joe, FL; sisters, Debra Morris (Charles) of Apalachicola, FL, and Sheryl Register (Mancel) of Montevallo, AL; brothers, James Wagner (Audy) of Port St. Joe, FL, and Bryan Wagner (Tonya) of Panama City, FL; little buddy “Ringo;” many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

Mr. Wagner is preceded in death by his father, Reverend Ronald Wayne Wagner.
