They’re at it again. Here are a few members of the Tai Chi of the Forgotten Coast group, parting the wild horse’s mane. This was part of World Taiji and Qigung Day which occurs the last Saturday of April each year and is performed at 10 a.m. in every time zone around the world. Classes are held Tuesday (beginner) and Friday (advanced) at the Port St. Joe Senior Center, right next to the County Library. Classes are free and run from 9-10 a.m. ET. Two Yang style forms are practiced: Moving for Better Ballance (8 postures) and the Yang Modified form (24 postures). Certified Tai Chi instruction provided.
