GCCC's New Admissions & Records Office Ready for Summer C and Fall 2009 Advising and Registration Starting June 8

On Monday, June 8, 2009, GCCC will open the doors of its newly remodeled, spacious Admissions & Records department to assist students with registration for Summer C and Fall 2009 classes. The new Admissions Office is located between the library and the administrative offices on the bayside of the campus, and the building is not the only "new" thing students will see.

Besides registering for their classes, students can now meet with advisors in the Advising Center conveniently located down the hall from Registration. Financial Aid and Veteran's Affairs specialists are currently located in Student Union East, but these departments are scheduled to physically move into the new admissions building this fall, thus creating a "one-stop service center" for students.

Main campus:

Summer C - through June 23: Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Fall 2009 - June 8 - Aug 25: Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. June 22 and 23 and Aug 19-25: extended hours on Friday until 6 p.m.

Gulf/Franklin Campus:

Summer C through June 23: Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and                                                                                                Friday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Fall 2009 - June 8 - Aug 25: Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Tyndall AFB Campus:

Summer C through June 23: Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Fall 2009 - June 8 - Aug 25: Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

North Bay Center: Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

All registration fees for Summer C are to be paid on or before June 15, and registration fees for the 2009 fall semester are to be paid on or before August 7.
