Black History Program

Mike Hill, a Republican candidate for the District 2 Congressional seat, will be the guest speaker for the Black History program at Port St. Joe High School.

The program will begin at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25.

Hill is a Pensacola businessman with a lengthy list of accomplishments.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and served 10 years in the military. He also has an MBA from the University of West Florida.

He is currently and has served on boards representing a variety of interests, from the U.S. Civil Rights Commission to the West Florida Hospital Board to Gideon’s International.

He is married and has three teenage children.
