Clements Receives Degree
GRACEVILLE, FLORIDA - Laura-Leigh Clements received a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from The Baptist College of Florida in Graceville, Fla. President Thomas A. Kinchen bestowed degrees on 58 graduating seniors during commencement services held Friday, May 15, 2009.
Clements is the daughter of Webb and Jo Clements of Port St. Joe, Fla.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Rehberg of Panama City, Fla. and Mr. and Mrs. B.W. Clements Jr. of Panama City, Fla.
She is a 2005 graduate of Port St. Joe High School. The new college graduate is a member of First Baptist Church in Port St. Joe, Fla.
Following graduation, Clements plans to work at Teen Challenge West Florida Boys Ranch as a teacher and facilitator. She will reside on the ranch in Bonifay, Fla.
The Baptist College of Florida is an agency of The Florida Baptist Convention and is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to offer associate and baccalaureate degrees in the areas of Divinity, Ministry, Ministry Studies, Biblical Studies, Leadership and Christian Education, Christian Counseling, Christian Studies, Missions, Elementary Education, Contemporary Worship Ministry, Music, Music Education, English, Secondary Education in English, History and Social Studies, and Secondary Education in History and Social Studies.
