Water Conservation over Fourth of July Weekend

All water customers in the Port St. Joe Water Distribution System, which includes Oak Grove, the city of Port St. Joe, White City, Highland View, St. Joe Beach, Beacon Hill and Overstreet, are being asked to please be very conservative with your water usage during the Fourth of July holiday weekend period. The city's new water treatment facility is not yet on line and the old treatment facility is at maximum capacity. We are hoping that by conserving water any way you can the old plant will not be overburdened. With the high demand for water during these hot, dry summer days, low water pressures or even water outages could occur. So please be wary of your water consumption and use it wisely. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and conservation.

Have a happy and safe Fourth of July holiday from the City of Port St. Joe Water Department.
