WES Food Drive

Wewahitchka Elementary School is currently conducting its annual Holiday Food Drive and off to an amazing start.  This seven week campaign to collect non-perishable food items has given students the opportunity to give something back to a community who has always been highly supportive of our schools.  Homeroom classrooms are competing in the drive to see who can collect the most items per student.  The winning classroom will be treated to a pizza party.  Three weeks into the drive, over 1,000 items have been collected.  When the drive has concluded, the food items will be collected by the Wewahitchka Ministerial Association for use in the community.
