Parham Arrives for Duty

Air Force 1st Lt. James D. Parham has arrived for duty at Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, N.M.
Parham, a software engineer with 17 years of military service, is assigned to the Air Force Research Laboratory.
He is the son of James D. Parham of Columbus St., Port St. Joe, Fla.
The lieutenant graduated in 1992 from Port St. Joe High School, and earned a master's degree in 2010 from the Air Force Institute of Technology, Dayton, Ohio.
