With the growing shortage of therapists and nurses in the long term care industry, Signature HealthCARE is taking the initiative by creating educational partnerships with the local colleges, training programs, and vocational programs. The partnerships will provide these students with free one-on-one training and observation hours with Directors of Nursing, Administrators, and other top leaders in the long term care industry!

Statistics state that in 2011, the number of nurses that are retiring will be greater than the number of nursing graduates. This startling statistic prompted Signature HealthCARE to create this educational program with the local universities to provide the students a free opportunity to experience how Signature HealthCARE provides exceptional clinical treatment, improves quality of life and more! By providing the health care students, either in their first year or last year of training, with first hand knowledge, experience and a taste of Signature HealthCARE's culture, we hope to remove the old, negative persona of nursing homes.
