Mary Ellen Levins Obituary

Mary Ellen Levins, 67, of Port St. Joe passed away Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010. She was born and raised in Port St. Joe where she spent most of her life with the exception of a short period of time when she lived in Atlanta, GA. After graduating from high school she went to work for St. Joseph Telephone and Telegraph Company for a number of years and later she was employed by St. Joe Bay Country Club as a waiter.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, L Z and Essie Henderson, and her brother, H B Henderson.

She is survived by her daughter, Sonja A. Levins; her granddaughter, Samantha Nichole Bailey and husband Chad; and her great-grandchild, Cole Bailey all of Port St. Joe

Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 2 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church. Interment followed in Holly Hill Cemetery.

All services were under the direction of the Comforter Funeral Home.
