Keigans earns degree from Kaplan University

MIAMI, FL -- Bonnie Keigans of Port St. Joe, FL, has been awarded a Associate of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Kaplan University. Keigans's accomplishment was celebrated during a live graduation ceremony on Jan. 30 in Miami, FL. General Colin L. Powell, the 65th Secretary of State and former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, served as the commencement speaker.
