Adam Kyle Kennedy Obituary

Adam Kyle Kennedy, age 23, passed away early Tuesday, January 24, 2012, in Gulf County. Kyle was born on March 24, 1988, lived in Port St. Joe and was employed by Mango Marley’s Restaurant.  Kyle was a free and giving spirit who loved fishing, cooking, playing the guitar and singing. Kyle had a generous heart and loved to help other people. His beautiful smile and unique personality will be missed and never forgotten.

Kyle is survived by his parents, David and Elaine Kennedy of Turks and Caicos Islands; sister, Caycee Kennedy; brother, Jason Kennedy (Nikki); Grandmother, Ruby Kennedy; Uncle, Bobby Kennedy (Phyllis); Uncle, Bill Kennedy (Sandie); Aunt, Becky Newsome (Paul), Uncle, Buddy Kennedy; Uncle, Ronnie Butler (Tawny): Uncle, Chaz Butler (Connie), numerous other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.  Kyle was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cathy and Wandell Butler, and grandfather, Robert Adam "Bob" Kennedy. 

A Celebration of Life/Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 28th at 2:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Port St Joe.  The casual service is outside "Under the Sails” with the beautiful St. Joe Bay as the background, one of Kyle’s favorite places to be.

In lieu of flowers, donations to First United Methodist Church for People Helping People Food Pantry in Kyle’s memory will carry on his love of helping others.
