Over $1,100 raised to benefit Liver Transplant Patient

The group of volunteers working tirelessly and continually held a very successful fish fry on June 26, 2009 to help raise funds for the liver transplant for resident Mrs. Marsha Johnson Whitfield.  Mrs. Johnson Whitfield and her family are very grateful to the following  volunteers, contributors and businesses for this wonderful support.

Mr. Mark Moore owner of St. Joe Shrimp Co, Port St Joe, Mr. George Duren owner of Piggly Wiggly, Port St. Joe and the CDC/PHP, Port St. Joe, volunteers Tony Barbee,  Jimmy   Gainey,  John Presnell, Dan Van  Treese, Harry Lee Smith, Barbara Van Treese, Temple Watson, Dave  May, Ty Robinson, Margie May, Teedy Nobles, Lyd         Stokoe, Bill Johnson, Peggy Heaps, Robert Whittle, Mary Jo Walsh, Dawne Still, Shari Guilford, Charles Givens, Brenda Givens, Quen Lamb, Erika White and Micaela Robinson.

A very special thanks to Bunny and Jimmy Miller, without the efforts to these two caring people 25 percent of the funds would not have been obtained.
