On Feb 5., 15 years ago, Vicky Lynn Waters was killed by a hit and run driver in Port St. Joe. She had two daughters, Little Peggy, who is now 18 and expecting her first baby, and if that baby is a girl, her name is going to be Victoria Lynn. I, Shanna, now have three kids, two boys and a girl, and I'm sure she would be a proud grandmother.
She touched many hearts, and if we could all just take a minute to remember her and grab the person next to you, say you love them. One minute they're there and the next minute they're gone. So slow down in life and live each day like it's your last.
