Reid achieves Broker Associate status

Beach Realty of Cape San Blas is pleased to announce that Bill Reid has recently passed the Florida State Real Estate Brokers Test.

Reid will retain his affiliation with Beach Realty as a Broker Associate under Broker Roger Bradley.  Bill has been with Beach Realty as a Sales Associate full time for two years, part time since 2004 and was a top 10 sales producer in Gulf County in 2009.

“In our family education is very important” commented Reid.

Reid’s sons kept the pressure on throughout the three-week course in Tallahassee, monitoring Dad’s progress and checking his daily test grades.  “Failing the state test was not an option,” Reid said.
