The Wewahitchka Jr./Sr. High School softball team opened the District 4-1A tournament with a 12-0 win over Altha at home on Monday.
The Lady Gators, the top seed, played Vernon in Wewahitchka on Tuesday with Sneads facing Blountstown in the other semifinal.
The title game will be played Friday at Wewahitchka.
Brianna Bailey paced the Lady Gators against Altha, tossing five innings of no-hit ball while striking out 10 of the 19 batters she faced in the game shortened under the mercy rule.
Bailey also helped her cause with an RBI.
Tara Walding was 3 for 3, hit two home runs and drove in four to the lead the Lady Gator attack.
Ashleigh Price was 2 for 3 with a triple and scored a run, Cecily Hale added a hit and scored a run.
Shamario Cole had a hit and scored twice, Naomi Parker scored once and Jade McLemore scored twice. Mariah Brown had one hit, scored once and drove in two and Brinkmeier was 2 for 3, drove in one and scored twice.
