Aesthetically pleasing? Not so much. A win? Most definitely.

In a game that saw the teams combine to walk 28 batters while hitting nine more, a whopping 37 free bases, visiting Port St. Joe scored four runs in the top of the seventh and hold off a Graceville threat in the bottom half of the inning for a 15-14 win.

The victory evens the Tiger Sharks record at 2-2. They were to play Franklin County, but the game was rained out and pushed back to Tuesday.

Port St. Joe will travel to Liberty County on Thursday and Wewahitchka on Friday.

Down 13-11, the Tiger Sharks struck for four runs to make it 15-13 heading into the last of seventh during which the Tigers put runners at first and third after scoring a run to pull to within 15-14.

However, Jarkeice Davis came on to pitch and got the final two outs for the save.

Austin Clayton started and worked into the seventh inning for Port St. Joe.
