He was born in the old Gulf Pines Hospital on Oct. 13, 1962 and Eugene Raffield wanted a photo with his mother, Imogene, in front of the former hospital to celebrate this milestone.
“A lot of babies were born in this building and I know it won’t be here much longer,” Raffield said.
