Courage to stand alone
You’ve got to stand for something,
Or you’ll fall for anything.
These words are in a country song,
But they have a spiritual ring.
We know that God would have us stand,
And maybe sometime alone.
Many times we don’t see it,
Until after we’ve been shown.
Jesus gave the best example,
He stood alone for you and I.
Would you make a stand for Jesus,
If it meant that you would die?
