Members of the GFWC Wewahitchka Woman’s Club, Inc., attended the District 2 Arts and Crafts Meeting in Chattahoochee on Feb. 15.  Arts and craft projects made by members were taken and judged.  Several members from the GFWC Wewahitchka Woman’s Club, Inc., received first-, second- and third-place ribbons for their entries.  Pictured are Patsy Whitfield, Teresa Lykins, Patty Fisher, and Tunnie Miller being presented the “Red Apple.”

This coveted award is presented to the club who donates the most items to the hosting club for their special project.  Shown with members is Laura Bundy, President, Chattahoochee Woman’s Club, presenting the Red Apple to the GFWC Wewahitchka Woman’s Club, Inc.  All items donated by clubs that were represented at this meeting will go to the Refuse House, a domestic abuse shelter located in Quincy, which is the special project for the Chattahoochee Woman’s Club.
