John-Patrick Floyd of Port St. Joe earned a Master of Science in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.
Floyd was among approximately 2,700 undergraduate and graduate students who received degrees during Georgia Tech's 246th commencement exercises.
