Big Bend Baseball Begins Season Saturday

"Let the games begin!"  The Big Bend Baseball League of Florida, Inc., will begin its second season of play Saturday, March 13 and Sunday March 14, as all roads lead to Chipley, FL, for the first weekend of play in what is labeled "the Big Bend Baseball League Classic."

All eight teams in the League will be in action at the Chipley High School Baseball field according to the following schedule:

 Saturday, noon (CST) - Chattahoochee Red Birds vs. Liberty Diamond Dawgs, 3 p.m. (CST) - Gulf Drive vs. Calhoun Horsemen

Sunday, 1 p.m. (CDT) - Jackson Jays vs. Destin Dawgs

Sunday, 4 p.m.  (CDT) - Bay Brewers vs. Washington Bruins

So, make your way this coming weekend to Chipley, Florida, to show support for your local team in the highly competitive Big Bend Baseball League of Florida.  Check your local paper each week for game results, team standings, and the following week schedule of games.
