Tiger Sharks Defeat Franklin County

The varsity baseball team lost last Wednesday 8-1 to Bay High School.  The game against Liberty County was cancelled last Friday night.  The JV split a doubleheader last Saturday beating Liberty County 11-3 Jessie Hyman was the winning pitcher.  They lost to Wewa in the second game.  Jessie Hyman hit a 3-run homerun. 

The Tiger Sharks beat Franklin County Monday night 8-0.  Jason Ray got the win.  He threw 4 shutout innings and struck out 10 batters. Evan Branch threw 2 shutout innings to close it out. Roman Quinn went 2-3 and Rock Quinn went 2-3.  Chase Watford had a double with 2RBI’s.  The Tiger Sharks play at 5 p.m. on Tuesday against Liberty County at home followed by a game with visiting Coosa Valley Academy from Alabama.
