Drivers zipping through traffic in dare-devilish ways and constant honking? We’ve all been there. But if you’re traveling Florida roads, you might want to be extra careful in one particular city.
Orlando was voted No. 7 in the nation for the most aggressive drivers, a GasBuddy study reports.
The sunny central city has been the hot spot for unsavory behavior this year with also landing on Wallethub’s 2019 most sinful cities.
With hellish roads and antsy folks behind the wheel, the best day to drive is apparently Hump Day.
Six percent fewer aggressive driving events happen on Wednesday versus other days like Friday, which holds the record of 14% more incidents compared to the rest of the week.
Distracted drivers play a role in chaotic roadways. Florida representatives filed Senate Bill 76 in 2018 that would make it illegal for drivers to pet dogs, apply makeup and do any other “activity, conduct, task, or action that causes distraction.”
