The National Pythian/Calanthe Volunteer Day is a day of service nationwide. The day is designed to come together for the common purpose of doing good by helping others, give our Organization great visibility nationally and provide an opportunity to recruit new members.

National Pythian/Calanthe Volunteer Day coincides with National Make A Difference Day. Volunteers across the country unite on the fourth Saturday in October with a common mission: to improve the lives of others through a wide range of community-driven service projects.

This year R.A. Driesbach, Sr. Lodge Knights of Pythias will provide bicycle inspections, repairs and safety tips for boys and girls in Port St. Joe, and surrounding areas.

The volunteer service will be held 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. ET Saturday, Oct. 26 at MLK Boulevard and Avenue C next to the Knights of Pythias Lodge Hall.
