Mr. Walter L. Johnson, Jr. (aka Lemon or Chick Johnson), age 81, of Dothan, Alabama and formerly of Graceville, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 26, 2020 at Noland Hospital in Dothan.
Lemon began his trucking career at Cloverdale Eggs Farm of Graceville, and later retired from AAA Cooper Transportation in Dothan, Alabama.
Lemon is survived by his wife, Margaret Johnson; grandchildren Quez Williams, Shay Williams and Tavonna Ward; great grandchildren Aalivia Garrlington; brother Milton Johnson; sisters Beverly Croft (Kenny), Trudy Blue and Patsy Green; best friends Sam Crawford, Preacher, Walter "Coot" Douglas, Jr., Jim Slater and Donald J. Pittman; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Public visitations will be 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, July 1 in the M. Sue & Rodney D. Pittman Memorial Chapel, 5441 Cooper Street, Graceville.
A celebration of life will commence at 11 am, Thursday, July 2, 2020 in the chapel.
